Capri

On Saturday morning, we took a 50-minute ferry from Naples to Capri. It was a night-to-day change. Granted, I had been in Naples only a few hours, but my initials impressions were of a gritty, unsafe city. Capri, on the other hand, was bright, clean, and welcoming. We had another excellent tour guide, and we enjoyed a tasty lunch with great views. Weather conditions, unfortunately, prevented us from going on our planned excursion to the Blue Grotto. Oh well -- next time!
